WELL, What Good News we all had this week to learn that at long last Britain has come out of Recession, and the Real Bonus is that the Pound Exchange Rate is going the right way, and is at the moment hovering betwen 1.14 and 1.15. With this in mind it will not be long before prices over here start to increase again. SO, if you are intending to purchase, now is the time to do it, particularly as at the moment there seems to be so many Spanish clients snapping up the Bargains !!!
