Happy May Day Everyone...Over here in Spain it is a Fiesta Holiday !!!
It is interesting to note that from our various offices that only 1 actual property has been reduced this week. In fact we do not seem to be having investers or holiday home purchasers, but the majority of people who are buying at the moment are those who decided that Spain was where they wished to Retire, and consequently clients wishing to retire here are getting some extremely good deals !!!
