Hola All
This week we would like to draw your attention to Ref BEABE1. This is a large detached villa which the Bank have valued at 400,000 euros. But it is actually priced to sell at 269,500 euros. So this is one of those \"Real Bargains\" !!!
Also as the News indicated last week, Catral properties are now starting to be Legalised, we have added in a very nice property in Catral that has just come on to our Books ie Ref JA57 priced at 320,000 euros.
Getting away from Spain with this one............A property in Brazil Ref MASBR2BR. This is priced at 40,000 Pounds Sterling. The properties in Brazil are certainly very good investments, and interestingly those people that have purhased properties for Rentals in Brazil, certainly seem to do very well on the Holiday Rental side. Two of our Team are over in Brazil at the moment looking at some of the new Developments as well as listing more Resales.
